With the Wirtz container, the Wolkenflug team is working together with Fritz Wirtz, Dr. Markus Wirtz and Dr. Christian Wirtz on a solution for the high environmental impact in the transport and logistics sector. The Wirtz container is characterized by its low dead weight of only 750 KG. When used for the transport of goods, the Wirtz container thus causes up to 32% less emissions than a conventional sea container under the same conditions. The Wirtz container will replace standard containers made of steel and wood and contribute to reducing the environmental impact in the transport and logistics sector.
